MCF Property Holdings

Marin Community Foundation Property Holdings (MCFPH) provides Class A professional office space and operational amenities for nonprofit organizations in Marin County. Incorporated in 2001, MCFPH owns and operates three buildings in Marin County: the Marin Nonprofit Resource Center, the Marin Justice Center and the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, all centrally located in San Rafael. MCFPH is a supporting organization of the Marin Community Foundation.

MCFPH facilities are multi-tenant in nature, leased to nonprofit tenants with the goal of supporting their respective missions by providing and maintaining crucial infrastructure resources. Our lease rates are comparatively lower, advancing MFCPH’s objective of helping sustain local nonprofit organizations.

Unlike more conventional office leases, MCFPH includes the following amenities:

  • Herman Miller furniture/workstations
  • Telephone
  • High speed fiber optic internet connection
  • IT support
  • A/V systems
  • Shared copier
  • Shared conference/meeting rooms
  • Shared kitchen

In addition, having a presence in one of our easily accessible nonprofit centers gives organizations marketing exposure and networking opportunities to clients and peers of other tenant agencies.
