Services Costs
After-hours HVAC
Air conditioning: $50.00 per hour
Heating: $50.00 per hour
Engineering Service $50.00 per hour plus materials
Janitorial Services
Additional cleaning services are estimated on a per job basis. Janitorial services do not include moving furniture. Contact Property Management for information.
Keys
Extra suite keys: $5.00 per key
Extra building entry cardkeys: $5.00 per cardkey
Re-key tenant lock cylinder: $25.00 per cylinder plus engineering hourly labor
Lock repair work: $50.00 per hour plus materials
Signage
Directory changes: $50.00 per change
Alterations, Construction, Remodeling
Estimates will be provided for each task requested. Written approval must be received prior to commencement of any work.
Miscellaneous Services and Supplies
Available from Property Management at additional costs, plus an administration/supervisory fee of fifteen percent (15%).
