Remote Access for tenants is available through our Virtual Private Network.
Online Facility Services System
Tenants can submit requests for services as wells as notify the Property Manager of building related problems or concerns by utilizing the online Facility Services system.
To start using this system, please follow the simple instructions below:
Find the Facility Request Login information located on the left column on any of the MCFPH web pages.
Enter your provided User ID and Password to login to your organization’s account.
Click the link "Create request" and follow the simple directions to describe and submit your service request.
Once submitted, you can track the progress of each request by accessing your organization’s account.
