Heating, Ventilation and Cooling
Heating, ventilation and cooling services (HVAC) shall be provided Monday through Friday, From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon), excepting Holidays.
Tenants that require HVAC service during non-standard operating hours or on Holidays, must notify the Property Manager a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Additional charges for after hours use of the HVAC may be assessed and are determined on a per use basis by the Property Manager.
Tenants can report problems or issues concerning HVAC services to the Property Manager by using the online Facility Service system. For instructions on how to submit a work order using the Facility Service system click here.
Emergency HVAC repairs can be reported directly to the Property Manager or the approved HVAC vendor listed below:
