Meeting Space for Marin Nonprofits

The Marin Community Foundation and MCF Property Holdings, in cooperation with the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership, is pleased to be able to offer conference and meeting rooms to Marin-based nonprofit community groups at little or no cost. These rooms are offered with the desire to contribute to the success of the nonprofit organizations serving the needs of the residents of Marin County.

Criteria for Meeting Room Use

  • Meeting space use is limited to Marin County nonprofit organizations or nonprofit organizations serving residents of Marin County.
  • Prior to reserving a meeting room, organizations must furnish a copy of their IRS 501(c)(3) letter and a certificate of insurance that demonstrates a minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage and that names Marin Community Foundation and MCF Property Holdings as additionally insureds.

  • Sign and return the agreement on the last page of the Meeting Room Policies and Procedures.

To begin the process to be eligible to reserve a room you must first create a new user account. If you have questions about the status of your account, please contact the reservations coordinator at 415-464-2562 or reservations@mcfph.org. Downstairs

Capacity: 24–60

The Downstairs Room is the main meeting room located on the first floor and seats 60 people theater-style, and 24 people classroom style. AV equipment is installed in this room and available for your use. Wireless internet is also
available in the building. This is the only room at MNRC available outside of normal business hours.

Upstairs North

Capacity: 12

Upstairs North can seat 12 people comfortably around a conference table. Room is equipped with a white board. Conference calling capabilities available upon request. This room is not available outside of normal business hours.

Upstairs South

Capacity: 16

Upstairs South can seat 16 people comfortably around a conference table. Room is equipped with a white board. Conference calling capabilities available upon request. This room is not available outside of normal business hours.

Main Conference Room

Capacity: 16

The Main Conference Room is located on the first floor and can seat 16 people comfortably around a conference table. There is access to an adjacent kitchen that contains a coffee maker, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Audio/visual equipment consists of a ceiling mounted projector, DVD, VCR, and the ability to plug in a laptop for presentations. Conference calling is available upon request. The room is also equipped with a white board.

Redwood Conference Room

Capacity: 26–49

This is the main conference room. It seats 26 people comfortably. We can accommodate up to 49 people in Redwood with special arrangements. The tables are configured in a large oval shape and cannot be changed. There is access to an adjacent kitchen that contains a coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster oven, ice maker, and dishwasher. Audio/visual equipment consists of a ceiling mounted projector, computer (for internet access), DVD, VCR, satellite television, and the ability to plug in a laptop for presentations. This room contains a movable white board, which holds a large pad of paper (markers are provided as well).

Oak Conference Room

Capacity: 14

This room seats 14 people comfortably. The tables are square and can be reconfigured to meet the needs of the meeting. There is access to the kitchen described for the Redwood Room. Audio/visual equipment consists of a ceiling mounted projector, computer (for internet access), DVD, VCR, and the ability to plug in a laptop for presentations. This room contains a movable white board, which holds a large pad of paper (markers are provided).

Maple Conference Room

Capacity: 8

This room seats 8 people comfortably. The tables are square and can be reconfigured to meet the needs of the meeting. There is access to the kitchen described for the Redwood Room. This room contains a movable white board, which holds a large pad of paper (markers are provided).
